A Little Night Music

Found the music. Not from the beach, but a live band at the Gilded Iguana, which is pretty packed "inside". The many tables and chairs in the connecting garden are blown over. I thought at first the music was coning from right across the street from a house I hardly even noticed in the day. But tonight, there are 8 - 10 spotlights blaring in the front.

Andy prepared my flashlight for my walk to find the music. It was very welcome and necessary because there are no street lights and the dirt roads are very stony. He got them for us and for Libby, who is coming for 3 weeks in February.

The stars are brilliant. Last night there were far fewer in the hazy sky as I watched from the recliner by the pool.

Tomorrow at 7AM a friend of Bobbi's is bringing over a stray dog for us to take care of for a week. We hope to buy its love with the left over fish from the Farmers' Market. We are going to Bobbi and Tom's for dinner tomorrow night and will have to decide what to do about the dog druing that time. They have four dogs and 7 or so cats so may not welcome our stray.
