Orientation

Here's "our" place from the plane. I recognized it - the one with the biggest pool, down toward the bottom left! Directly above it is Libby's place. The one directly to the left is the one with all the spotlights I described last night. The road in front of the house leads left down to the Kaya Sol, Pam and Ray's hotel. The road with the cars parked at the ocean is the way we used to walk down to the beach, but now there is a much more pleasant path through the dense growth, the first one paralell to the beach road. It goes through our yard, behind the little cabina right above ours, right out to the beach. It is very hard to find from the beach, but the most distinctive feature is a pair of "seats" flanking it. The seats are long, low boulders.
At the other end of the beach road is the Gilded Iguana, just out of the photo. Andy had a great breakfast there yesterday morning.
We are awaiting the arrival of Foster, our foster dog. He was supposed to be here at 7, but Sara changed that to 8. We'll get used to Costa Rica time soon enough.
